Riccardo Bestetti Bespoke Exotics.

Although many of his designs may not be to everyone’s taste, including my own, Mr. Bestetti’s craftmanship cannot be overstated.  His willingness to experiment and discover with such a high level of execution is amazing.

Imagine cutting or trying to stitch through stingray skin - it would be like working with metal armour.  Imagine the care needed to last iguana without distorting it.  Or cutting and lasting extremely thin kid goat suede without it tearing.

His attention to detail demands appreciation.

Some of the finest hand sewn vamp stitching I’ve ever seen.  

A hatchgrain chukka that’s lasted so well it barely loses it’s texture.

A seamless heel counter.
